Nourish is looking for an Operations Manager to join our MicroKitchen program across the entire Waymo portfolio, currently California, Arizona, Texas, Michigan and Ohio. This individual will report to the National Account Director and will effectively be responsible for the onsite performance of all Waymo spokes and depots nationwide. 
 
The expectations of the Operations Manager 3  are of operational excellence, astute financial acumen, and above all - a positive \can do\ attitude. This is a dynamic program, with discerning clientele and high expectations. A successful candidate will remain composed in times of shifting priorities, master the art of project/time management, and apply creative solutioning to any challenges. This individual is expected to offer clear and consistent verbal and written communication to all stakeholders, act quickly and thoughtfully when opportunities for improvement arise, and maintain an active pulse on the health status of all spoke and depot units within the account portfolio. Previous experience working within a pantry or MicroKitchen program, particularly within a tech setting, is strongly desired.

Multiple account management experience
Comprehension and ownership of budgets
Developed proposals and financial estimate
Lead and organized teams to utilize foodservice management programs
Consistently monitored and worked with site teams to ensure standards are being met
Experience managing a team of managers at several locations

What We Offer
Sodexo offers fair and equitable compensation, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.
Position Summary
Provides leadership and supervision for the on-site food service exempt and non-exempt level staff in the delivery of our contractual agreement with the client. Provides supervision for food services at account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the company. Implements business practices in order to uphold company mission, values and commitments made in the Sodexo client contractual agreement.
 
Key Duties- Establishes a safe work environment
- Assumes General Manager\u2019s (GM) responsibilities and authority in their absence
- Utilizes Sodexo tools and programs to develop client, customer, and staff relationships,  to ensure account retention
- Implements and fully utilizes all Sodexo tools and programs to ensure financial outcomes
- Directs daily operations of food service to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources, ensures operating standards and regulatory requirements are met
- Develops and implements plans, projects, with defined objectives, methods, timetables and budget to support client and Sodexo strategic plan
- Ensures adherence to all HR standards for Sodexo, client, and  regulatory agencies 

 
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor\u2019s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
