The unit is projected at $1,690,000 in sales but can increase to pre-covid sales of $2,080,000. Unit has 1 national brand and a WPB Starbucks. The remainder of the cafe consists of a entree line, grill, and exhibition station. The unit is open for breakfast and lunch Monday-Friday. n nPosition contingent on obtaining a security clearance from the United States government based on a federal background investigation, which will include a polygraph. n- Applicant must be a U.S. citizen.n nThe successful candidate will:nn be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting; n ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;n have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations; n ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/orn have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems. nnIs this opportunity right for you?
