Restaurant Food Sevices Jobs

The restaurant food services manager creates and implements a food service staff development plan designed to continuously increase culinary knowledge of and improve the culinary skills of food service staff members in the restaurant. He or she creates and maintains training materials for the restaurant including, orientation handouts, food safety and sanitation procedures, kitchen safety procedures, and material safety data sheet information. The restaurant food services manager conducts trainings on cooks' manuals and also initiates the research for new cooks. The restaurant food services manager creates, and maintains a two-week menu cycle for each cuisine and standardizes culturally authentic recipes for all languages. The restaurant food services manager maintains and creates systems and strategies related to the education, staff development, and promotion of culturally authentic cuisine.
The restaurant food services manager job candidate should be an expert in a variety of cuisines and should at least be a graduate in food and hospitality. He should have ample experience of about 5 years for the post.
