Office Depot in talks to sell rest of Mexican unit -report

The recent news say that the office deopt might soon sell the rest of Mexican unit-report. However, it already owns the other half of Office Depot de Mexico. According to the recent report, is in discussions with local banks to get financing for the deal. it had been struggling since 2008, when it tried to buy the stake for $430 million in 2008, but was turned down by the U.S.
