It’s grappling with a $3.8 million budget deficit. 5 cleaner positions, a computer services worker, a maintenance employee, a stenographer and a lunch manager will be cut. More staffing reductions will come at the end of the school year. M-E has been using reserve funds in past years so it didn’t have to layoff people or cut programs.
