Business Dvlpmt Mgr-Fuel Good','12005067','Regular','Full-time','CT-New London-Yantic/Norwich','','Builds the fuel good™ program through development of a cohesive deployment plan and managing the day-to-day business of fuel good™. This position is responsible for the overall growth of the fuel good™ program.','!*!Partner with Territory Managers and District Sales Managers and target existing US Foods and non US Foods customers to become fuel good™ customers
Target new fuel good™ customers in target markets outlined in the business strategy
Analyze targeted markets to identify prospects, determine potential and develop strategies to ensure our success in capturing the cooking oil reclamation business; run profit model on prospective business volume to help establish service frequency schedule that will support fuel good™ profitability objectives
Act as liaison between fuel good™ customers and division for set-ups and unresolved service related issues
Monitor customer reimbursement system to identify discrepancies in payments and resolve related issues such as but not limited to, missing invoices, missing or inaccurate W-9s, payment rate, etc.
Monitor condition of fuel good™ equipment in the market for functionality and appearance; communicate all identified issues to Operations and Sales and assist in development and implementation of plan to resolve
Develop monthly cooking oil recycling reports for all military and corporate customers who have sustainability objectives as a part of their green initiative
Meet with local DHEC office in each area prior to roll-out to introduce the health inspectors to the features and benefits of the fuel good™ program
Promote fuel good™ to municipalities, Chambers of Commerce and other organizations that have a vested interest in sustainability and that may offer great visibility to the program
Organize and manage sales blitzes with Districts Sales Managers
Work with Director of Business Development, Fuel Good in aligning with corporate and divisional goals
Work with Operations in assuring fuel good™ is achieving a high level of customer service efficiently','!*!Education/Training:  College degree in Business or Culinary field is preferred
Related Experience:  Minimum 4-5 years foodservice sales and management or related experience; working knowledge of foodservice industry and products
•      Demonstrated ability to facilitate the opening of new accounts
•      Possess successful sales techniques
•      Excellent communication, follow through, and execution skills
•      Excellent computer skills
•      Valid driver's license with a good driving record
