As an Assistant Manager, your **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. restaurant will be an important part of the local community. You will help your employees make connections with the customers they see every day. You will lead your restaurant's operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Setting goals for the team, developing organizational capability, and modeling how to work together:
•Demonstrate a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events and manages smooth transitions thereafter to keep restaurant operating to standard and to set a positive example for the restaurant team.
•Manages with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Corporation.
•Provides coaching and direction to the restaurant team to take action and to achieve operational goals. Constantly reviews restaurant environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement to provide coaching and direction to the restaurant team to achieve operational goals.
Planning and Execution
- Developing strategic and operational plans for the restaurants, managing execution, and measuring results:
•Monitors and manages restaurant staffing levels to ensure team development and talent acquisition to achieve and maintain restaurant operational requirements. Solicits customer feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the local community.
- Providing functional expertise and executing functional responsibilities: Utilizes management information tools and analyzes financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in restaurant performance.
•Talent Development & Team Building - Providing staff members with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities and building effective teams: Actively manages restaurant staff by regularly conducting performance assessments, providing feedback, and setting challenging goals to improve restaurant performance.
•Strong business leader that can drive specific behaviors, lead by example, roll up their sleeves and get into finding solutions, and like working autonomously
•At least 1 year of related experience in a management or coach role
•Ability to make quick decisions and multi-task
•P&L analysis/management experience
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•High School diploma or GED is required
•Associate's or Bachelor's degrees are a plus
