The incumbent is to report for work in a timely manner, groomed professionally, and perform their job function in accordance with all Norton Healthcare standards, policies and procedures. He/or she supervises staff and related operational functions, coordinating menu, production and procurement, service and sanitation processes. for patients aged neonate through geriatric

Required: Prefer two years experience in high volume setting, preferably health care.;

Desired: High School graduate or equivalent; Associates degree in Culinary Arts, Nutrition, Business, or Food Service Management preferred. Certified Dietary Manager is desirable.
