Position Title and Description:
The Human Resources Manager will work with management team to develop a highly motivated, synergistic work force and a safe, productive, positive work environment, and to ensure compliance with government regulations and company and corporate policies.
This position reports to the General Manager.

Other Related Information:
Must have excellent human relations skills and effective verbal and written communication skills. Must have personal computer skills including Microsoft Word and excel, and knowledge of HR information systems.
Must be knowledgeable in Human Resource laws and practices, and have the ability to effectively manage risk, and work with medical providers, lawyers, and insurance carriers.
This position interacts with all associates, supervisors and management at own location, Support Services HR, Payroll, Accounting and Information Technology departments, Chief Human Resources Officer and staff, and externally with employment agencies, medical providers, insurance carriers, lawyers, media and government agencies.
Experience: Five years hands-on experience in all areas of Human Resources functions.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent in work experience. PHR certification preferred.
