The Food Service Management Faculty are responsible for the training and evaluation of students in all aspects of how to manage employees, marketing, sanitation, and controlling and managing a food service operation..
2-3 years of industry experience
Teaching experience preferred
Education: Master's degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality Management or related field required.

Ability to organize and prioritize work flow
