Responsible for maintaining brand standards at all restaurant operations
Responsible for managing the day to day operations of stores in assigned district
Assists General Managers in Operating Profitable Businesses.
Responsible for clear, accurate and timely communications from Corporate to the restaurants and team members.
Responsible for following and promoting all company policies
Operational Knowledge and Expertise - Demonstrates ability to gain, demonstrate and coach in-depth operational knowledge of Company Standards.
Excellent Communication Skills – Demonstrates appropriate and effective communication in all directions including excellent written, verbal and group communication skills.
Planning and Goal Orientation Skills – Demonstrates ability to plan activities, set goals, effectively manage time & work calendar along with all available resources to accomplish assigned tasks and achieve organizational goals.
Leadership - Managing Performance and Team Development – Effectively demonstrates the ability to inspire store level teams and franchisees toward personal improvement and operational development.
Passion and Team Orientation – Demonstrates a passion for restaurant operations and Brand. Shows the ability to consistently contribute to the overall improvement of team as well as individual team members. Conducts and presents self with poise, integrity and professionalism.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
3 years of multi-unit food service experience with similar scope of responsibilities preferred – or – equivalent life experience.
