Restaurant Executive Chef
- $65,000 - $80,000
Confidential Search for Executive Chef who has directed busy a la carte restaurants with food sales volumes over $6 million. Lots of creativity, scratch kitchen, will direct a motivated team, must have exceptional leadership skills. Prefer Culinary Degree or Certification, and a proven track record. Experience in operations similar to Cheesecake Factory, Grand Lux, Seasons 52, Lettuce Entertain You, etc.
Charter School Food Service Chef Manager
Monday –Friday hours, will direct multi locations for
expanding food service company. Must have food production experience
in hospitals, catering, colleges, schools, or business/dining.
Sous and Line Chefs
– Ann Arbor, Birmingham, Royal Oak.
CIA, Schoolcraft, Johnson and Wales, OCC Culinary graduates.
Mentor under talented chefs in scratch kitchens.
–Food Service/Business Dining
Great Monday-Friday hours. Corporate Café locations, plus specialty catering.
Candidates with ties to the Michigan area are preferred.
