**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager of\nEnvironmental Services / Custodial Services for Rose Medical Center in\nDenver, CO. Rose Medical Center is a community based hospital with\naverage midnight census of 160. Key market segments is surgery\n(spine/ortho), mom & baby (NICU) and general medical. Emergency\ndepartment sees about 100-130 patients a day. Position will report to\nthe Operations Manager.
This is a very hands-on position. Position\nwill be responsible for daily inpatient operations. Will primarily\nwork with inpatient housekeepers to assure Engage tools are being\nutilized, quality of work is being performed and patient units\nexpectations are being met. In addition, will handle Payroll (kronos)\nediting, participate in staff orientation and training as needed. Have\nan understanding of and perform Gold Check requirements as related to\ninspections, patient interviews and key user rounds. Participation in\nclient employee group committees is required. Employee engagement\nstrengths a plus.
Ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills,\nprevious experience in custodial/housekeeping, have an understanding\nof regulatory guidelines and maintain flexibility in work hours and be\nable to train / mentor/ motivate hourly staff. The ideal candidate for\nthis position will also have strong client/employee\nrelationship-building skills and possess the ability to manage direct\nreports, handle multiple priorities, quickly grasp situations and\nlogically progress through solutions, the ability to refine systems\nensuring sustained effort of achieving standards, follow through and\nvisibility within the facility. This position is number two position\nto the Operations Manager at this account.
Seeking Bilingual\ncandidates, the ability to communicate in Tigrinya would be helpful in\nmanaging this workforce.
This is a Tuesday thru Saturday position. \nHours are Tues - Fri 2:30 pm to 12:00 am and Sat 9 am to 6pm. Must be\navailable and willing to work these days and shifts.

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or\nGED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience\n- 1 year of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or\nCustodial Services
