• Working Conditions: Long periods of standing, ability to lift 50 pounds, low-level machine noise is encountered the majority of every day. Working with sharp knives, hot stoves, and standard culinary equipment. • Organizational Relationship: Part-time, personnel position assigned to the office of the Director of Culinary Arts. Reports to the Executive Chef of Culinary Operations who is responsible for supervision and evaluation. • Length of Contract: 12 month contract subject to annual renewal. • Qualifications: High school diploma (or equivalent) required. Minimum of one (1) year recent experience directly related to the production of food preparation from scratch in a commercial food production facility; such as restaurants, hotels, or country clubs. Associate Degree in Culinary Arts preferred. Excellent customer service skills required.
