a leading contract food service management company, currently has an opportunity for a Director of Food & Nutritional Service to manage an acute care hospital with 150 beds in central South Carolina. Qualified candidate must have hands-on day-to-day operational experience to include production background, purchasing, retail skills for cafe and strong supervisory & financial skills. Candidate must have a proven record of accomplishment
in health care operation setting.
College degree preferred.
Culinary, budget planning, and food cost and retail experience along with JCAHO regulations would be a plus.
