Job Description:
Join our team to assess your fit for a possible future role as a full-time Assistant Manager. Learn the various roles in our restaurant (such as cashier, food prep, and customer service) as you increase your responsibility and provide our Guests with exceptional service. Leaders on our team are working leaders that uphold Chick-fil-A’s exceptional quality and service standards, encourage and develop team members, own & improve areas of the business, develop and increase their own leadership capacity, and work to reach the team’s goals as we help each other reach our individual goals.
The Assistant Manager has the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required. The person applying for this position must have excellent communication skills. Previous management experience is a must. You must be a minimum age of 21 years old for this job.
Flexible Hours-
we can generally arrange your work schedule around your other commitments.
Closed Sundays-
All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.
Work Directly With A Chick-fil-A Operator-
The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.
