Profile

The Manager, Brand Activation and Sales is responsible for execution of local marketing programs that drive sales performance in their respective zone. The Manager, Brand Activation and Sales provides marketing support to the Direct Brand Activation and Sales team, the franchisees, and the field Operations team. This position is also a conduit for communication between BKC Marketing and the franchisees.
This position works under indirect supervision from the Director, Brand Activation and Sales.
This position interacts with the Marketing functional leadership team, field Operations and Marketing teams. This position will complete a 1 month rotation in our restaurants and 2 months at the Restaurant Support Center in Miami. At the completion of this rotation the field Marketing assignment will be anywhere in the United States.
Essential Functions and Duties:

Influence and partner with key business leaders, including franchisees and BKC’s Franchise Operations organization
·
Manage key divisional priority projects that support BKC local marketing efforts
·
Work with the Marketing team on DMA analysis, marketing plan development, and all aspects of test market execution
·
Identify local marketing and promotional opportunities for assigned markets
·
Manage and monitor local POP, menuboard, and other promotional programs for proper execution and alignment with the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. brand
Requirements/Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Business Administration
Minimum of 2 years experience in consumer product marketing /advertising/sales
Skills:
Excellent communication skills required; ability to express him/herself clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
Must be adaptable to a changing, fast-paced environment
Focuses on possibilities rather than problems
Possesses strong customer orientation
Proven track record of driving sales and creating significant organizational impact
Creative thinking
Competencies:
A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
