Works closely with the Corporate HR leadership team to insure that defined HR work is executed in a timely and organized manner using project management methodologies.
Develops project plans and timelines to support a variety of HR programs, including transformational initiatives.
Tracks program progress, designs various program elements, and communicates and integrates programs into the business.
Develops and delivers communication strategies and plans to project teams and HR leaders in support of assigned projects.
Identifies planning and project gaps that could impact the successful completion of the HR deliverables and recommends alternative approaches and timelines.
Manages HR data requests, analyzing and synthesizing data into information relevant to the requests.
Analyzes data and processes to assess the effectiveness of the HR department's goals, projects and programs. Communicates findings and recommendations to HR management team.
Travel: limited - less than 5%','!*!Education/Training: Bachelors degree required; HR specialization a plus. SHRM certification is desirable.
Related Experience: 3 - 5 years of related experience. HR and project management experience.

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint and Outlook.
