A restaurant dining professional is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards for the given department, including the supervision and direction of service staff. A restaurant dining professional is responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety throughout the department. The successful restaurant dining professional should have at least two or three years’ worth of restaurant supervisory experience within a similar operation. The right candidate for a restaurant dining professional job is an organized professional who has the ability to interact positively with customers and to resolve guest and associate issues.
